When living with my previous partner, I was the head chef in our house, and I loved being in the kitchen. Lockdown hit and I was two months away from turning 22, I’d never had so much free time to spend cooking before. Before this I was a uni student and basically just lived off takeaways and whatever was easiest to cook, constantly sending my mum photos of meals I’d managed to sling together because I was so proud.
