When you get to your early twenties, you quickly realise that staying in can often be more fun than going out. Dealing with busy bars, bumping into people you don’t really want to see and ridiculously expensive taxi’s home are all forgotten, and you usually end up with a hell of a lot less hangxiety. Dinner parties are the new house parties, and I wanted to share my top tips to hosting the cutest, most Pinterest-worthy affair on a budget.
I think a good place to start is with your outfit, just because you’re staying in doesn’t mean you can’t dress up. If anything it’s the perfect occasion to wear those ridiculous heels or that v-extra outfit that you haven’t quite worked up the courage to wear in the wild yet.
