Valentines Day is fast approaching and it’s almost impossible not to feel the societal pressure to have the most romantic day ever. However I do think over the past few years classic and cheesy dates have become less common, and couples, friends or individuals have been spending the day however makes them the happiest.
I’ve spent previous years eating burgers and going to the cinema, another time spent in Subway with my friends at uni, post-breakup and taking advantage of the 2-4-1 footlong deal they had. But this year me and my boyfriend will be spending 3 days in Disneyland Paris, so I have no doubts that probably will trump any other year.
Along with deciding how you want to spend the day, you also worry and panic about what gifts to buy whoever you love in your life. In an attempt to help, I’ve put together four gift guides, where nothing is above £50 - and hopefully, there is something for everyone.
